I am an avid outdoorsman, husband, and father of 3 girls with strong ties to Clay County-born and raised in Fires Creek. Witnessing the growth of Clay County fills me with excitement, and my mission is to serve this community while safeguarding the unique character that makes our area truly special.
A proud graduate of Clay County Schools, attended Mars Hill College and returned to Hayesville after graduating. My career has included time at Clay County Schools, Clay County Recreation, and currently, managing Still Waters Landing Farm. Interests include farming, old trucks, my family, and adventure.
A strong advocate for local food and improved food accessibility, I believe in fostering connections within our community through sustainable practices.
With generational roots firmly planted, I recognize Hayesville as one of the rare places that cherishes its small-town community, providing a haven where we can focus on the things that truly matter in life. I am dedicated to preserving this essence while embracing the exciting opportunities for growth that lie ahead.
