With over 40 years of comprehensive experience in commercial real estate, and dual appraisal and sales licenses in three states, I bring a wealth of expertise to this sector of the real estate industry. Holding the industry-leading MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and achieving Realtor Emeritus status, my commitment to excellence is unwavering. I manage diverse work assignments across North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
A graduate with high honors from the University of Florida with a major in Real Estate, my educational foundation complements my extensive practical knowledge. Beyond the professional realm, my interests include music, reading, hiking with two dogs, and active participation in community activities.
My community service includes volunteering with Clay County Schools, helping improve student math and reading skills. I am a board member of the Clay County Communities Revitalization Association (CCCRA, and president 2022-2023), and United Way of Cherokee and Clay I volunteer with Historic Hayesville Inc., and The Still Place.
My goal is to be consistently engaged in meaningful initiatives that contribute to the well-being of our community. I love the outdoor environment and the livable four-season climate that our region offers, reinforcing my commitment to maintaining a small-town atmosphere that makes our community truly special.
